About Rinel Gonzales
Rinel holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Batangas State University, Philippines. He has over 6 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector (Epson Philippines Corporation, HONGTAI Technology Suzhou Co., ltd). He monitors shipments from China to Australia and oversees the end-to-end delivery of products, including physical inventory in all warehouses and in the client’s system. He also coordinates with freight forwarders and contract logistics for shipments and deliveries. Rinel also handles monitoring of client complaints and discussion of details with suppliers and manufacturers.
